Amy Page joined the Foundation in 2000. As the Grants Manager, she is responsible for maintaining grant-related software, interacting with grantees and potential applicants, and assisting the Community Impact Team with the evaluation of grantee performance and progress. She is a graduate of Leadership Spartanburg.
Amy and her husband, Austin, are natives of Spartanburg. They have 2 sons – the oldest is a Clemson graduate and working as a mechanical engineer, and the youngest is a junior at Clemson majoring in Business Management, minoring in Architecture.
Why do you enjoy working at Mary Black Foundation?
Our team is the best! I consider my co-workers my second family; some weeks it feels like I spend more time with them than my actual family so I’m incredibly thankful for them.
What do you love about living in Spartanburg?
Working in Spartanburg enables me to be a part of a growing community. Spartanburg has so many things to offer, and I love being so close to downtown!
Fun Facts:
I have three pets – two dogs and one cat. All are rescues! Roo is a lab/Great Pyrenees mix, Luna is a brindle American Staffordshire mix, and a black cat named Zeus. When I retire, I hope to be able to foster dogs and become involved in animal rescue.
